Liuver Sanudo is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, and licensed agent with eXp Realty. He owns and operates multiple companies; including a flipping and wholesaling business, a property management firm, and a private lending company.
With over 85+ doors, a portfolio nearing $20M, and more than $5M in equity, Liuver leads multiple teams and manages over a dozen active projects. His focus is on affordable housing, using creative finance to serve both investors and underserved communities. He acquires properties through cash, Subto, seller finance, partnerships, and creative deal structures, and exits via fix-and-flips, wraps, wholesales, and Subto resales. ASK ABOUT THE 1-on-1 MENTORSHIP
Hands-on, personalized mentorship designed for a select few, just 5 to 10 people a year who are ready to dive deep into the world of fix-and-flip real estate investing. Over six months, you’ll gain everything you need to complete your first (or multiple) successful flips.
What is the length of the mentorship?
In half a year, you’ll learn how to find deals (whether directly yourself or through agents and wholesalers) structure them, underwrite them, connect with the right contractors, design the deal, and raise capital.
Will you partner with me for my first flip?
We’ll partner together on your first flip in a 50/50 joint venture. The $5,000 mentorship fee covers the full six months, and once we complete that first successful deal, I’ll return your investment out of my share of the profits. You get hands-on experience and essentially get your $5k back as we succeed together.
Is the mentorship limited?
To ensure personalized attention, this mentorship is capped at a handful of participants each year.
