Hands-on, personalized mentorship designed for a select few, just 5 to 10 people a year who are ready to dive deep into the world of fix-and-flip and BRRR real estate investing. Over six months, you’ll gain everything you need to complete your first (or multiple) successful flips.
Is for 6 Months , and you’ll learn how to:
1. Find deals (whether directly yourself or through agents and wholesalers)
2. Structure them
3. Underwrite them
4. Connect with the right contractors
5. Design the deal
6. Raise capital
7. Manage the properties (If refinance)
This is the mentorship that literally pays for itself.
$15,000 value mentorship for 6 months commitment where you don’t just learn — you will partner with Liuver 50/50 on your first flip.
Liuver will guide u deal step-by-step, giving you hands-on experience with his full team, systems, and guidance.
The best part: your $15K mentorship investment is reimbursed from your share of the profits on that first successful flip.
That means your education pays for itself as you earn.
This program is designed for action-takers who want real results, real execution, and a real partnership — not theory. Your first flip becomes your foundation for long-term success.
Of course, as Liuver is still in the trenches building his future and to ensure personalized attention, this mentorship is capped at a 5 to 10 participants every 6 months.
What is needed from you is simple: first and foremost, a genuine commitment—at least half an hour each week to meet with me and stay fully engaged. Beyond that, you'll need access to funds for the down payment on our first flip together ( we can raise that together ), and of course, a real willingness to learn and roll up your sleeves to do the actual work. With these in place, we’ll be set to succeed together.
If you’re not ready for the one-on-one mentorship or want to learn at a different pace, keep an eye out for my group events. Liuver regularly host one-to-many sessions or Open offices where you can still get a ton of value, insights, and the chance to learn in a more accessible format.
