What's the length and content?
Six months. You'll learn to find deals, structure them, underwrite them, connect with the right contractors, design the deal, raise capital, and manage the property if it's refinanced.
What's the cost?
$15,000 for six months — and you partner 50/50 with Liuver on your first flip. Your investment is reimbursed from your share of the profit on that first successful flip. Liuver guides you step-by-step with his full team, systems, and hands-on experience.
Is it limited?
Yes — capped at 5–10 participants every 6 months, to keep the attention personal.
What do I need to bring?
At least half an hour a week to meet and stay engaged, access to funds for the down payment on the first flip (can be raised together), and real willingness to do the work.
